I own a home in Sanford and live out of state. We had Absolute Waterproofing Solutions come into our home in February of 2018 to give us a proposal for full perimeter waterproofing. We were unable to be there when the work was in progress so we left Absolute Waterproofing Solutions a key to our home to do the work in April. Enduring a horrible experience with Absolute Waterproofing Solutions who did my basement full perimeter last week and destroyed my bottom stair landing and steps. The owner, who had previously impressed me, turned sour when I asked for them to fix what they ruined. He has been hard to get on the phone and when I finally got him into the home to see the damage from his crew he was abrupt and rude to me.
