Horrible customer service. Our trash wasn’t picked up last week (possible honest mistake), but have it on video of them passing our trash that was out at the street. Called to see about someone coming back out to pick it up, and the lady who answered the phone just wanted to argue and tell us that didn’t happen. Um, we have it on video. ?? We called everyday for 5 days and asked for a supervisor call us back. Still waiting....
Horrible customer service!!! Today the trash truck ran over and killed my 14 yr old dog that was standing in front on my gate. I live on the end of a dead end country road on 5 acres and they managed to drive past my trash can run over my dog and leave without saying a word. We called the office to tell them about the event and the lady was the rudest person saying the dog should not have been out in the road and if we loved the dog we shouldn’t let him roam free!!!
Today's our pickup day. It's 6 pm, and no sign of the over-priced service we're paying for - in entire neighborhood. Customer service is non-existant and if you dare to call them, they're the rudest, most hateful, disgusting, unprofessional excuse of a so-called 'business' I've ever encountered. Too bad they don't have any competitors...they'd be OUT of business. Can only hope that one day, they will. I'll be the FIRST to sign up.
Our normal pick up is on Fridays usually in the mornings I called on Friday afternoon to ask when they were picking up. The lady said we tried calling you yesterday pick up will be on Saturday’s for the next two weeks. Well GUESS WHAT?? It’s Sunday and my dumpster is still full. This is definitely not the first time this has happened.
