Terrible customer service & I mean TERRIBLE! Lady was very rude & actually acted likes it all my fault! They haven’t picked up on time ever & I was told cans should be to road by 7 since I started on their crappy service. The rude lady on the phone said no, it’s 6 now for Nueces county...hey..I’m BEE county. They have missed my scheduled days 3x in the last month, & would come 3 days after so my can was over full. They are by far the worst trash sevice in this area. IF, and notice thats a big IF, they manage to show up on their regularly schduled day, they show up before you wake up so you dont have a chance to even get your can out there and then they just take the bags out and leave the loose trash in there..I've called a hundred times about problems and they never get fixed... pitiful service
Horrible service! I’ve never experienced a worse customer service. I haven’t had my trash picked up in 16 days. I’ve called them everyday and I get excuses “it was too wet,” “our truck driver was in an accident.” I have neighbors that use a different trash service and they come rain or shine. I spoke to their dispatcher today and she stated that she had no idea when the trash would be picked up. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT use them! This is theft of services.
