Called in morning about a tree that fell in roof. Was confirmed an appointment between 11 and 3 pm. I took off work to wait for them to come. Nobody came or called. I called twice and they kept saying technician didn't respond. I told them I took off and couldn't wait all day and they said then we will cancel appointment. The people in the phone just kept saying they can't do anything about it technician didn't respond. Very unprofessional and badly lacking communication. I would not recommend.
These folks were amazing, polite and professionalism all the way. I really likes talking with these guys, cause they even gave me the time to explain how their cutting machinery worked. They are the best and very prompt in cleaning up the wood chips and branches. Absolute Tree Removal Pros is the best, 5 stars!!!
Absolute Tree Removal Pros completed the tree trimming services that I required at a competitive price. They arrived at my house on a Sunday morning, quickly completed the work to my satisfaction, and cleaned up the work area before they departed. I would definitely use their services again.
On May 31 we had a large oak tree fall onto our home during a storm. The Fire Dept would not let us stay in the house until the tree was removed. We called Absolute Tree Removal Pros to come out. The crew came to our house and worked until dark to get the tree off the house. They were back at the house early on April 1 to finish the job. We are very pleased with the way Absolute Tree Removal Pros handled this job. I highly recommend them for any of your tree removal needs. I know I will call them again.
I used Absolute Tree Removal Pros for the first time and could not be more pleased and the cost was very fair. They removed a 35' tall Oak Tree and ground the stump all in the same day. They have all the commercial equipment to trim or remove any size tree. The seven man crew worked non stop and was the most organized of any crew I have ever seen.
