Love Karman and Absolute Storage! It’s always extremely easy transactions, the units and property is super nice and clean and Karman is always so professional and helpful!
Karman and staff were very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and transparent. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Called to set up a time to view the units and instead of speaking to someone from the actual unit, I was directed to a call center. The call center contacted the store and had someone reach out to me. I was not able to answer. Instead of them leaving a message for me to be able to contact them, I had to go back through the call center to try again to set up a call for an appointment. We decided to just drive there and no one was at the units on Tabb drive and was referred by a piece of paper to head to their other units on H... read more
