I'm really sorry to have to say - they are absolutely awful! The front desk people, especially Victoria - rough and brusque, she behaves like a gestapo. The other girl is not so bad, but she could make an effort to be nicer. Very poor customer service. You tend to wonder if they are nicer to their own race of people and I'm saying this because, we've actually sat in the waiting room to see how they do respond to people who speak their language and they do seem to be more pleasant.
