Thank you to Mike Sousou for your professionalism, compassion and flexibility while we navigated the care we needed for my mom. This is definitely a difficult journey between her care and putting her in hospice, we could not have done it without you.
My aunt has used this Service three times, each time they give me a quote, the next day they call back the quote has changed to $150 more. I was given a quote for $299. The next day they called back and said I gave you the wrong quote. It’s going to be $150 more and they have done this three times.I don’t appreciate this type of business.
In keeping with my sparse review posts, only written for truly excellent services, I'm posting one for Absolute Senior Solutions - a life saver helping us navigate my parents' decline. Absolute was on a list of placement services given to us during my dad's stay at El Camino Hospital (ECH). Our ECH social worker circled Mike Sousou's name out of all the services on the list and said he's great to work with and clients love him. I was introduced to Absolute Senior Solutions from a dear friend. In particular, Mike Sousou has been outstanding to work with. Never pressures... available around the clock... very generous with his time. Last, extremely sensitive and experienced. Especially when it comes to finding assisted care facilities, in all shapes and forms. I've also used their care services on rather short notice.
Michael Sousou of Absolute senior solutions helped me at one of the more stressful times of my life, he was very competent , knowledgeable and knew how to put me at ease. he advocated for my brother in law Bill and we worked together to find him the best place to fit his needs, 6 month later Bill is now happy and thriving.
