This is a review of the services provided by Mike Sousou at Absolute Senior Services. We were referred to Mike by the skilled nursing facility at which we were placed. We had no experience whatsoever with the process of finding a suitable assisted living facility in preparation for discharge from the skilled nursing facility. I was feeling overwhelmed by my search for a long-term senior home for my father, who had some special medical needs for support. Place after place I called said they couldn't take my father. My aunt has used this Service three times, each time they give me a quote, the next day they call back the quote has changed to $150 more. I was given a quote for $299. The next day they called back and said I gave you the wrong quote. It’s going to be $150 more and they have done this three times.I don’t appreciate this type of business.
