Recently checked my credit, and saw I lost 40+ points and saw this company has for some looked into my account without my consent and messing up my credit. I’ve never contacted them I’ve never spoke to them via email/phone. Will be opening a lawsuit for causing damage.
They are suing me for credit that is not even mine and send them all the information that they need it and now they send to court but I promise am going to sue them back
The company doesnt try to contact you. They send it right to a lawyer. I didnt even know they had a debt. AWFUL COMPANY!
