They are suing me for credit that is not even mine and send them all the information that they need it and now they send to court but I promise am going to sue them back
The company doesnt try to contact you. They send it right to a lawyer. I didnt even know they had a debt. AWFUL COMPANY!
Will not notify you in any way; phone, email, letter, that they have bought a debt and will instead send it straight to a lawyer or sue you. Trying to contact them is impossible because they don’t make any attempts to contact you and the contact info they gave the lawyer was not correct. After finally finding the correct contact on google, they asked for my SSN before even asking any other information, name included to look up my account.
