One of the worst collection agencies I’ve worked with—including Tanya one of the reps—quite rude. They couldn’t careless about one’s situation and just want their money. I recommend just paying them and pray to never have to deal with them ever again!
5 years ago, during Covid, I had a collection with this collection company. I called them and they specifically agreed to remove account altogether from my credit if I paid in full. I paid in full and it still shows on my credit even after calling several times with several promises to remove. The other day I call their customer service line and it ends up being Credit Sage all of sudden after I explained my situation.
