Treat all patient equal.
I waited over an hour for my first appointment. They took other people with no appointment over me because they said they were returning patients. They do not respect their appointments. Which is sad cuz the doctor was really professional and nice. If you expect to be seen at your appointment time do not go here. Expect to wait at least an hour. My experience and several others as well.

I wish I could give a rave review about this office and staff like most others but my experience hasn't been good at all. Must be because I couldn't see Dr Annie. Instead I was stuck with Dr Hakimpour, who would rather refill my narcotic pain reliever than my NSAID and then without any warning will stop prescribing. It sure would have been nice if the office staff would had made sure my referrals went through before they decided they wouldn't give me the medicine they had been prescribing for the previous 3 months. Very depressing experience. I waited a couple of hours to specially speak to Dr Mathew, but unfortunately I was referred to another doctor, without consulting me first. I left feeling worse than when I arrived.
