The doctors are nice and it is easy to be seen, but I should have read the reviews. I am a new patient and on top of never getting the reimbursement for the $65 new patient copay I was told I would get, I have also been trying to fill a prescription for almost a month now. I have called three times this week and will clearly have to go into the office and speak with the staff in person to get this done. I have been with this practice for about 2 years I am a diabetic and it’s hard to have them fill my prescriptions. I had to place a grievance with my insurance for them to do it. I literally called almost every other day to get them to send it and nothing, I recommend anyone seeing this doctor that you document everything as soon as the staff starts to act like the don’t have common sense.
