I feel like I was robbed. I was charged $797.00 for cleaning a sewer line. They were there for 45 minutes. They made the scope of the work sound more involved than it actually was. They also gave me no guarantees on the work they performed. Stay clear of this company unless you have money to burn.
We’ve used Absolute Plumbing multiple times now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. Most recently, they replaced our kitchen sink sprayer and fixed an issue with our water circulator, and everything is working perfectly. Reid was very professional. He was on time, used booties, diagnosed the issue and fixed it In less time than I had envisioned. The company prioritized my appointment since multiple units were involved to reduce potential damages. Highly recommended based on my experience.
We had a great experience with Absolute Plumbing and Drain. They came out the same day we called and arrived punctually within the agreed time frame, which we really appreciated. Another plumbing company had previously quoted us $20,000 for a supposed major issue and even charged us $300 for a camera inspection—but never actually gave us the inspection.
