Absolute Plumbing is a great customer service oriented company. Don't let the AI answering service deter you. Reid responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and offered much needed advice without trying to upsell services. Timely, considerate and refreshingly honest. I'll use them again.
Reid was very professional. He was on time, used booties, diagnosed the issue and fixed it In less time than I had envisioned. The company prioritized my appointment since multiple units were involved to reduce potential damages. Highly recommended based on my experience.
I feel like I was robbed. I was charged $797.00 for cleaning a sewer line. They were there for 45 minutes. They made the scope of the work sound more involved than it actually was. They also gave me no guarantees on the work they performed. Stay clear of this company unless you have money to burn.
