Wonderful experience. Juan came to check out my toilet issues within the hour of my call. Came up with a solution and the next morning as promised Oleg came with Juan behind him. Everything was completed and the bathroom was neat and tidy when they left. They are now my plumbing company of choice.
We’ve used Absolute Plumbing multiple times now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. Most recently, they replaced our kitchen sink sprayer and fixed an issue with our water circulator, and everything is working perfectly. Larry came out to assess the areas in which I was experiencing low water pressure; including the main water valve. He was able to determine that water pressure coming into my home was severely low. He advised me to contact the water company to have them come out to inspect it and suggested if they are unable to correct it to call them back. He was absolutely great and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Larry for any plumbing issues you may encounter.
Absolute Plumbing is a great customer service oriented company. Don't let the AI answering service deter you. Reid responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and offered much needed advice without trying to upsell services. Timely, considerate and refreshingly honest. I'll use them again.
Absolute Plumbing is absolutely honest, professional, and efficient. Having tried other big-name plumbers, we will never use anybody else. Absolute Plumbing has fixed major leaks for us and have unclogged our pipes from tree root issues. Not once have they ever tried to have us pay for unnecessary services, something that we can't say about other plumbing companies. They are the best.
