This is our first experience needing pest control. Absolute was able to get someone out to us asap. Their tech Chris was very polite and professional, he seemed to have done a thorough job and we saw improvement with our issue almost right away! Would definitely recommend Chris and Absolute to anyone in need of their services.

Wow.....we have squirrels in our basement walls and Chris says for $400 per week, they will check the squirrel traps (which we can easily do ourselves) and take squirrels that are trapped away (which we can also easily do ourselves) but won't fix the holes where they are actually getting in. I said "so it sounds like for $400 per week, you will create a revolving door for us where you take the squirrels away but not actually fix the problem of them getting in." He says, "Yep, pretty much." .......mkay

I have used Absolute for many years but have finally given up. Their technician, Chris, is not good with customer service and actually gets irritated when you question anything.

This place sucks really bad the guy that works there his name is Paul I had a problem and wanted to speak with the owner and called and asked for the owner and he said no you can't speak with him never in a million years like a 3 year old and hung up this guy has alot of growing up to do. If your smart you wouldn't want your money!! I wish someone would have warned me so here is your warning!! I would hate to see someone honest get burnt out of there hard working money like I did so careful people. And good luck.
