I've been up there twice now with a scheduled appointment for them to tell me I can't be seen. It is insurance reasons, but all of this could have been prevented from day 1. Today I went up there for my son's med appointment and waited an hour to them telling me the NP was going to see my son, to telling me an hour later she wouldn't be seeing me. it was so hot and stuffy, crowded in the tiny waiting area, that I had to ask them to please turn on some air conditioning. how about not diagnose a kid with a lot of mental illnesses and then drop them as a patient without warning. And then lie about it and say you've been trying to contact me for months when we both know that's an absolute lie. now my child is without medication and is suffering and may end up in the hospital. I will be going to a lawyer over this how dare you say you're here for children and dismiss them like a piece of garbage.
