First time walking in to see if they can do a specific design they were very rude. First they didn’t have the colors but I found similar colors I liked. Second I asked if the female nail artist could help and she argued with me to let the male artist do it. First of all don’t argue with the customer. Second of all I requested a female for my own reasons and that should be honored or politely turned down. These people flat out argued with me about it. I'm pretty annoyed. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed because it was convenient and they take apple pay. Now I have a painful sore on my right eye. This has never happened before and I have been getting my eyebrows waxed from nail salons for like 8-9 years now. Feel bad for leaving a poor review, but I just feel like nail techs should be more careful so they don't hurt their clients.
This is the only place that doesn't mess up my eyebrows. This place always waxes both mine, and my daughter's eyebrows perfectly. Absolute Nails & spa is the best place to go for eyebrow waxes! My daughter has also gotten her nails done here twice and they were very cute. We got them done when she was 6 years old and again at 14 years old.
Won’t go back ever again Poor serves and over charged!
I would give this place zero stars if I had to came here here on 3/36/24 I came in to get a shape up and I had a 3 o’clock appointment the man in the front told me I had to wait 30 mins for appointment because they were running behind the lady that do eyebrows told me she couldn’t do my eyebrows but was taking another people mind you I came for a shape up on my nails and brows the manager himself is rude over the phone and in person the man Tom couldn’t explain why she couldn’t take me for eyebrows for whatever reason.she re... read more
