HORRIBLE!I called Pam 2 weeks before I was moving into a house I was purchasing. She confirmed that she could do a complete top down clean and quoted me a price per hour. She was to come on Saturday at 10:30am. She was aware that the house was empty as I was not moving in until after she cleaned but that I would come to the house to let her in.
