The workmanship from the 3 men who did my home was excellent. They kept me informed on what they were doing and would encourage questions. I highly recommend their work and the company.
I had Harry Black from Absolute Energy (affiliation with MassSave) come and assess my home to help me save energy and reduce energy costs. Harry was so thorough, professional, easy to talk to, and was able to answer my numerous questions. He took the time to explain everything I asked about and never made me feel as if he needed to rush off to his next appointment. I am very happy and appreciative of his time and effort.
This company was fantastic to work with! They did our Insulation through Mass Save. The crew worked incredibly hard, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. The customer service was also very helpful and answered all our questions and had great communication.
Absolute Home Insulation has been nothing short of amazing so far to deal with! Since calling in, they have made it very easy to coordinate scheduling times and outlining the entire process. Florence was extremely patient, kind and helpful when she came by along with her MA Save partner, helping me out big time. This company has been a major hassle to deal with. They caused so many issues at our house. We went into this looking for insulation. While the company did the project, they managed to ruin our electrical wires in 3 different rooms, disconnect the pipes/wires for the air conditioning unit (on multiple different occasions) and caused leaking water and damage to our bedroom ceiling.
