The up-front consultation was very thorough; Leonard explained the several options available in a very consultative way and we focused on the biggest area for remediation quickly. I had a very poor experience with Absolute Home Insulation Plus and would not recommend them based on the quality of work performed. The crew consisted of three young workers and they were on-site for approximately **3 hours total, door-to-door**. This is especially concerning because I was told the scope included **approximately 10 hours of air sealing and 8 hours of duct sealing**. I had an energy specialist come to my house to make an assessment on my home’s energy efficiency and Karizma was punctual and professional. She answered all my questions and also gave me her professional input on several topics. I would do business again and I recommend them for anyone else.
Junior came out to do the Mass Saves energy audit. He was fantastic and walked me through everything very clearly. Highly recommend!
