Kenny at Absolute Home inspection did an excellent job on my pre-purchase inspection. He was professional and exceptionally thorough. He did not rush through the process and discussed potential issues with me. He attached details to his report which were helpful to me, and his report was received almost immediately! Absolute inspection was hired to do an inspection on my home before a sale. He stated that there was water in my bathroom Under my toilet and sink. I called a restoration company the next morning and also a plumber who came to confirm that there was absolutely no water in my sub floor and that the inspector had used the wrong setting on the moisture gauge.
