used the service in may 2018 for a home purchase , service was paid twice by the buyer and closing fees , when contacting Gary , he advised that once payment received they do issue a refund for the second payment , funds were sent 48 hours after closing in may but 3 months later no refund has been issued , no response to emails , calls or text from Gary or the company , always excuses that they were on vacation , check will be mailed shortly :((

Gary inspected a home for us. Not even 48 hrs later $1000 in missed repairs. Run. He had a week and keeps delaying our conversation. Seeking legal action.

Within 48hrs we had repairs $724. Pipe obstructed with mold, entire circuit of home dead, transformer so hot inside that electrician burnt his hand. Has delayed speaking with us several times.

Definitely avoid. Gary Marsengill missed very obvious rotting wood and rusted flashing around the roof, costing over a thousand dollars in repairs later. Gary said he would come out and see the missed damage, however, never showed up at the date and time he specified and did not return calls to his cell. Slipshod job and a home inspector who does not care about his work or his customers.
