The RN, Arturo Orozco, was a wonderful man that took care of my husband. I had to call him back after a few days because of a concern I had. He came that same day to take a look at him. We will be asking for him again if we need services! The Physical Therapist, Evalyne Bonet is amazing. She's knowledgeable, professional, and engaging in every aspect of his therapy. We'll be requesting her services as well as Arturo's if we should need help again. We were thoroughly satisfied with both of them and recommend them highly!

From the beginning, which was only this week, my experience has been awful. After my surgery last week, I had to continuously call for a nurse to stop by and do my first evaluation. I was told someone would contact me the next day. Nothing. Then I was told someone would contact me a few days later, again nothing. I understand that I am not the only patient and people are terribly busy, however; a courtesy call just to advise of your status would have been nice. This Home Health Care Facility has been great ever since the initial call. Today, Arturo, the nurse stopped by and he was very informative and thourough. Great personality to fit the work he does. Looking forward to my physical therapy on Monday. Then follow ups with Arturo. I know my hip replacement recovery is in good hands.
