Bob is the best! My parents AC wasnt working (happened to stop working during the 100 degree spell) they called a company to come fix it & they told them they needed a whole new unit and couldnt install it for a week. I called Bob and he went right over there and said he could fix it for a quarter of the price and had it working the next day! So appreciated Bob's expertise and compassion to not have my elderly parents have to endure the heat any longer!

Our air conditioner started to give out a month ago. Bob of Absolute Heating and Cooling Services hunted for parts in the Covid era shortage while he nursed the unit through all of the heat we just had. He came to our house 4 times to keep it going. Bob quickly fixed it when the parts arrived. Bob has helped us many times over the years, usually in the dead of winter or heat of summer. We call and Bob is there. No really, he responds immediately. We are grateful.

Absolute to the rescue once again! I had a repairman in for a different problem. He said that one of the gas regulators was leaking gas and it should be replaced. The next day I called Absolute and Bob came promptly. He did replace the regulator and charged less than a third of what the other company had quoted. Bob is always so courteous. He truly knows his craft and is one of the most honest business men I have ever dealt with. Thank you again, Bob.
