The best customer service I've had in gainesville, tx since I moved here 3 yrs ago. AC went out at 3am called at 9am, after trying several other companies that were closed for the 4th, and by early afternoon we were enjoying cool air. Honest, prompt and reasonable prices, this company has a customer for life.
RecommendedFirst of all they are the only company to answer the phone on Saturday morning when your a/c goes out on Friday night and it is 100 degrees outside. And 89 inside. They came right over. They found the problem, promptly ordered my new unit, accommodated us with a temporary cooling unit so we could sleep. Another happy customer! Our furnace began cycling on & off out of control. I contacted AHA Thursday night after hours. Derek was at our house by 8am Friday. He quickly found the problem, got the necessary parts & had the furnace fixed by 10am. And as a bonus, the cost was less than we expected! Fast, friendly, professional, and effective. Thanks Derek!
