(First visit) My first visit was great and the only negative was the follow up. They charged me $50 for a 30 seconds follow up. This review is for my second visit. (Second care) The doctor didn’t even wait for the numbing injection to fully kick in before he started cutting out my toe nail. He check three areas on my toe and I specifically told him I still felt pain and he proceeded to cut away. He rushed the process and failed to get the nail the first time and proceeded to cut in deeper to fix his mistake.

We were greeted with a smile as we checked in. Someone was being trained. Dr. Levine was awesome. He provided the options and resolve my issue and follow up. However the lady at checkout was not professional at all. She made no eye contact at all and explained how to use the post op surgical kit, again with no eye contact and that was it. Horrible, rushed in and out in less than 15 minutes. Charged me $200 at the office after my appointment, only to get another $300 bill afterward. Tried to call the office, they said they would return my call over a week ago and never did tried calling again today, dialed the direct billing line and they transferred me back to the office. Horrible, lazy, non-helpful people.

Terrible. The Dr is not patient or detailed or interested in your care. Only in rushing through the visit pretending to mri your foot and raking your pockets upon checking out with unannounced fees. Is zero stars an option???

Wow, not good. Absolutely do not recommend. From the rushed appointment time to mistakes in billing and ZERO accountability for said mistakes, I am going to pay more than I was told I would have to. Feels like a scam and lack of accountability. If am they make a mistake, that should be on them and not the customer but that's not how they operate. Would give zero stars if I could. Bordering between shady and unprofessional here. The lower rating is justified and I wish I saw these ratings before ever going!
