I am a disabled client who hired my girlfriend as my caregiver however even during her orientation the company never fully explained how to clearly fill out her time card much less clock in and out of the therap website that they have They just emailed a video that was not a clear step by step tutorial and very difficult to learn. This is what frustrates me as the client more than the caregiver
