He is incredibly knowledgeable, creates custom care plans to help you reach your goals, and is always communicative and educative. We highly recommend Dr. Lampe and his wonderful staff to care for all our equines. Dr. Lampe has been our vet for over a decade because he is professional, knowledgeable, caring and dependable. While I think he has patients in the thousands in the metroplex, he or his staff always get back with us whether it's an emergency or not. Dr. Atkins is so knowledgeable, she has an incredible eye for lameness, and she’s kind and respectful also.
After using absolute equine for years, so I would have an established vet in event I needed one, they were a big disappointment when I needed help. My horse was choking and unable to pass foreign body. It was a Friday night ( of course). He could breathe so I understand it’s not an emergency. However I placed a call to Dr. Lampke who never returned my call. I called again in the morning and never got a call back. I left three messages and never even got a return phone call.
