Matt installed our 3 new garage doors several years ago & has done routine service, replaced a torsion spring, and a keypad for us in past visits ever since. We are very pleased with Matt's work and honesty. He is easy to talk with. Whenever we have a garage door need, we go to Matt at Absolute Doors & Home Services. Matt was great in fixing our garage door issues in June of 2023, but issues arose again within 6 months of purchase of the new door. Over the past two years, we have called at least 8 times and left messages. There has been absolutely NO response. We understand that the 1yr warranty on labor has expired (due to nonresponse), but our 4yr warranty on parts is still effective. Again, the response has been absolutely ZERO!!! The customer service has been ansolutely terrible!!!

The spring and arm on our door broke. We called Matt from Absolute Doors and he was out the next day to fix it. He was very nice, professional, fair with pricing and we are very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend!

Hot damn! Very pleased with my call to Matt today. Was having issues for months and finally addressed and ended up with new opener and system in less than an hour! Didn’t expect this level of service and will be highly recommending to anybody that will listen. Use.
