Matt was great in fixing our garage door issues in June of 2023, but issues arose again within 6 months of purchase of the new door. Over the past two years, we have called at least 8 times and left messages. There has been absolutely NO response. We understand that the 1yr warranty on labor has expired (due to nonresponse), but our 4yr warranty on parts is still effective. Again, the response has been absolutely ZERO!!! The customer service has been ansolutely terrible!!!
The spring and arm on our door broke. We called Matt from Absolute Doors and he was out the next day to fix it. He was very nice, professional, fair with pricing and we are very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend!
