I waited to year to get a second opinion before reviewing this location. It confirmed that this place is as awful as I thought. In August 2025 of last year, they told me I had 6 cavities and needed to get them filled. The woman who did my xrays (not sure of her name, but a younger, bigger, black woman) messed them up and made me do them again, and was repeatedly laughing and messing up my name. Was very nervous but they were kind and gentle with my teeth and looking foward to another visit next week. The whole team at this office worked together and helped me make a plan that suits me and I’m comfortable and confident in. Thanks
Very unprofessional. HIPAA Violations.:Gave me another patient's prescription. I was hit in my head with xray machine. Dr Xu was very rough with my mouth. I will not be returning They need to be investigated.
