Best place ever!! Way better than any other office I have ever been to. The doctor communicated everything with me and the assistant was so sweet. Perfect environment!
They have a policy that I couldn't be in the room with my son for the dental procedures. As a parent, I am not comfortable with that, so I walked out. They need to have that posted somewhere because I was not informed of that until the last second. (Other places do not have this policy). Also, the dentist needs to be CRYSTAL clear of what is going to be done. Now I have to find a needle in a haystack that accepts both of my insurances and doesn't have this policy. I inquired for more information on the office for my younger siblings to be possible patients.. Alyssa at the front was helpful & very kind about my questions. The manager Linette even came out to speak with me and help find best financing plans available. The overall vibe of the office was super chill & friendly. Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!
As a proud Black and Queer man, I can confidently say this office has my seal of approval! The office is diverse, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It was beautiful seeing my family accepted for who we are when we came through that door! My son felt very comfortable in the chair getting his cleaning done by Ms. Tyler.
