Both front desk staff and back room staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas and his staff since I moved to Reno. They are great! Dr. Thomas talked me into a bridge that I needed by explaining away the misconceptions I had about the work. He also needed to do an additional crown to make it all work and my insurance would not pay for it. However, he was willing to work with me on it - that is why one needs to talk with him, not just whine in articles like these about their supposed problems!
