They are always at least 45 minutes late for an appointment. They recommend treatment that is not needed. Rip off!Â
They will milk your insurance dry, adding unnecessary appointments and procedures. Absolute dental is all about money. Work is substandard. Do not use them! Â
Took my kids for the first time and let me tell you last. My kids were not seen at all. Lillian being the face of the company because she is the receptionist should not have a nasty attitude 😒 rolling her eyes not just at me but at every patient that approached her. She should have been the one to ask if we needed help, not us having to go up to the desk to ask for help. She had the worst attitude and needs to be CHECKED AND PUT IN HER PLACE! I was scared of dentist cause the last one I had was horrible. I found absolute dental on Sandhill and nellis, the staff is very friendly. They made me feel very welcome. I needed a lot of work done, didn't have that amount so they suggested the payment plan and I was approved. I am no longer afraid of the dentist. They remember my name after the first visit. I'm very grateful I found this place. Monica is funny and has a sense of humor. I'm hooked!! Thank you for the great service as always.Â

She charged me for a full checkup that she did not complete. She would come on and leave the room, and leave me waiting for long periods of time. She seemed unsure of her job duties. To busy worrying about what music they are going to hear not paying attention they never give you a straight answer on questions. Â
