I've been here twice now, first to see if they could repair my laptop, and second for file transfer help. For my laptop issue, Chuck told me that he couldn't help me and recommended I RMA it based on diagnosis I'd already done. For the file transfer help, I had an old boot SSD I needed the files off that I was a bit scared to do myself to not lose files, and Chuck gave me the lowdown and then handed me a 2TB hard drive to do the work myself!
