I do not know who runs the office area but the lady we keep dealing with (Sam I believe) has been giving us the run around on paperwork we need for our supplemental insurance. My husband injured his back in October 2019 and him, myself and the lady we deal with through our insurance has contacted them to get the correct paperwork in order to file and we have yet to get it. This lady keeps saying she will fax it, she will email it, or sorry we are having issues with the billing company, and now we had a promise of I’ll get it... read more
