Did not answer the phone and there was no opportunity to leave a voicemail (called right in the middle of the workweek and business hours)
This is the worse agency ever! I am paralyzed and they have left me stranded so many times with no care even after they promised someone was coming. They constantly do not return calls and the employees complain that they font pay consistently. I'm working with my caseworker to CV change my agency asap. They shouldn't even be aloud to work for the State of Maryland anymore!
