I use Alicia on a monthly basis and like that she will listen to your concerns and work to devise a treatment that actually makes you feel better. Alicia and ABB are way better than some of those massage mills I have been to.

The Perfect Massage – I have just discovered Leacy at Absolute Massage . I have gotten many massages over the past 20 years and have never experienced a massage therapist as unique as Leacy. Tara Bauer is an awesome massage therapist and has a great personality. I've been seeing Tara at Absolute Body Balance for a year, and she has helped me recover from neck and shoulder injuries. I always look forward to seeing Tara and getting a great massage.

Best Massage in Raleigh – I took my wife here for a prenatal massage from Leacy. The reports are true, she is amazing. My wife has been in a lot of pain with our first pregnancy and this gave her some much needed relief. We will be making a monthly appointment no doubt since they are so affordable! Great atmosphere, very professional but personable. Just waiting in the parlour was relaxing!

Tara Bauer is among the very best in her field!!! – As someone that has had massage on a weekly basis for nearly 20 years I consider myself to be a bit of a connoisseur of massage therapy. If you like strong hands, Kim is for you! – I have many problem areas and after moving to Raleigh was searching for someone who does great sports massage. Kim is fabulous. She listens and has worked with me to help me maintain my function. Very professional and comfortable surroudings.

The Best Massage - Period – Tara Bauer at Absolute Body Balance is simply the best massage therapist I have ever had. I have been seeing her for a couple of years now to deal with stress relief and deep tissue massage to clear up post-surgical scar tissue in my shoulder. I only wish that my schedule would allow me to go more often!
