Michelle Reynolds is not your typical massage therapist. Think more of physical therapy, pain management and healer. I suffer from chronic back pain. My husband had a conference in Raleigh, so I tagged along. The pain got so bad that the minute we got to our hotel my husband starting looking up and researching massage therapists for me. Joy W. I've been seeing Michelle Reynolds at Absolute Body Balance for about five weeks and it is really making a difference in the way I feel. December is a busy month for me. Some days I'm baking in my kitchen from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. My weekly massage has given me the stamina to stay on my feet without being so exhausted at the end of the day. She works out the knots in all my trouble spots. So, if you need a burst of energy, relief from pain and stiffness go see Michelle.

BOTH KIM AND MICHELLE ARE HANDS DOWN TWO OF THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPISTS I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! THEY BOTH HAVE IMPROVED MY CHRONIC MEDICAL INJURIES AND IMPROVED PAIN AND RANGE OF MOTION WHEN PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ORTHOPEDISTS AND OTHER MASSAGE THERAPISTS WERE UNABLE TO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR OFFICE FOR MEDICAL AND SPORT MASSAGE NEEDS IN THE RALEIGH/TRIANGLE REGION.

I absolutely love Kim at Absolute Body Balance. She has been taking care of me for years and always gets my back issues resolved. I have friends that see the other therapists and say remarkable things as well. I highly recommend them!!!

I was having lower back pain and found Kim through a referral. I had been through physical therapy, tried pain meds and even went through having injections through the pain clinic. The first visit with Kim had me walking better quicker than the awful shots i endured at the hands of an MD. I'm so thankful for Kim and all the work that she has done. When I'm in the right hands, I have found massage to be an effective antidote for the knots, tension, and aches that seem to be associated with sitting in front of a computer all day, my exercise routine, or maybe just life in general. And Alicia Miller definitely has such hands ... and elbows :-). Alicia has done wonders addressing some old stubborn problems, and moving on to the new ones, always surprising me with a new way to get things back in line.

I started seeing Kim about a year ago after shoulder surgery. My shoulder still flares up occasionally when I go overboard with lifting weights. Kim is the only person I trust to help relax the muscles in my shoulder and get it back to working shape again. I have recommended her to friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so. This is the best place to go for a therapeutic massage.

Alicia Miller and the ABB staff seem to be the most comprehensive therapists in the area producing the most consistent results. Care and quality are unmatched. Without hesitation, I would recommend my own patients and family members to this staff/facility. **PHYSICAL THERAPIST APPROVED**
