How do you give Zero stars? Negative stars should be an option. This is the worst company. Called to get carpets cleaned and had to wait 3 days. (a little long but understandable) The evening before they are to arrive we get a text asking if we could push back our 8am appointment. We text back OK figuring it would only be an hour or so. We get a new appointment time of 3pm. WTH! I could have been at work all day.
