I haven't had any problems with Absolute Auto. I find their staff very helpful and friendly. When I take a vehicle in they give me an estimate of price, they call during the day to keep me posted if anything in the price has changed or if they find something else. They also let me know if they see something that doesn't need repaired at the time but will need addressed at sometime in the future so i can plan for it.
