Would give zero stars if I could, absolute nightmare! They were supposed to repair our vehicle, working with our insurance company. Which they were unable to do properly. They could not get the vehicle working. Underbid the work initially... then the vehicle is still in disrepair now at 6 months later. Or insurance company didn't trust that Absolute had repaired the vehicle properly... is now hiring an engineer to see what Absolute did wrong. They were the only auto body shop that were willing to do a bumper repair instead of a bumper replacement. Their service was quick, cheap, and it looks fantastic. They went above and beyond in their repair
I shopped around for repair estimates for my 2015 Mazda 3 and got a lot of BS and overinflated pricing. Absolute Auto's estimate was $500 lower than the local competitors. Their work and attention to detail is outstanding and I had my car back in just under 2 days. Glenda provided seemless customer service from start to finish. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience and my car has never looked better!
