I imagine most of us don't really want to have to visit a body shop, since it tends to be connected with an accident. Such was our situation, but the experience with Absolute Auto Body in Everett at least made the process more pleasant. We received estimates from three local shops. Absolute Auto Body's was the lowest, but that wasn't the only factor in our decision to choose them. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. From the first phone call to picking up my vehicle, everything was handled professionally and every team member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond for me. I was rear ended and had some damage to my lift gate and bumper. I was able to drop off my car within just a couple days of the accident and Glenda at the front desk helped me navigate contacting insurance and arranging a rental car.
