I've bought from Absolute Appliances before and will not recommend anymore. I recently bought a stovetop and microwave. I asked the salesperson if I needed to do anything with the electricity or gas line and was assured that it will slide right in and could maybe need a slight adjustment. The stovetop needed an electrician and also a plumber. Plumber was here for 6 hours working on the gas line costing me $1,400. (I am still waiting for the bill from the electrician.) Fantastic experience with Absolute Appliances. They delivered a Thermador freezer to our house within two days of purchase, installed it, and hauled the old freezer away. Steve helped me determine which model we needed (our previous one was discontinued); the whole team is really on the ball when it comes to customer service. We’ll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
Highly recommend this team! They are true professionals who clearly know what they're doing. The service was fast, efficient, and handled with great attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I would definitely use their services again.
