Can not get anyone to call us back. This was originally a warranty call through an Electrolux purchase at Brandsmart. They came out on the first call with the wrong part and said they needed to order the correct part. It has now been 6 months. When you call the business it goes directly to voicemail. Have left several messages. Not acceptable.
