Very disappointed... I was told he could not do a full inspection due to weather and pitch of roof, but I was charged for a full inspection. I was told the cost of inspection would be deducted from the bat removal cost, but then I got the estimate back. Who has an extra $4,770.48 laying around for bats? I'll just pay the $309 for my half inspection and be done thank you very much.

Very expensive service. Charged 200.00 to come take his traps back, and they were all outside. Would not recommend.

The company owner showed up late to our appointment for a quote. He came in, took a 15 second look into the attic and said wood and insulation would need cleaned and replaced. We then went outside where he looked at the home exterior from the ground with binoculars. He then left, total time at property was around 15-20 minutes. About a week later I receive a bill for the quote itself. $267.05! When I called to question if there was a mistake, owner said nope, he said that he told me there would be a cost to the estimate.
