David W. did a very efficient and friendly service. I was pleased with telling me what to expect in the future.
Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Overall good. Service tech got snippy at one point when he said someone left off a small cover to my inside unit and I responded with "it's only been absolute air techs that have touched the unit." He clearly took offense to my response. He still provided good service for the rest of the visit.
We got back from a week out of town, and our AC was out. David was able to come out the next day and quickly diagnose the problem. He was sensitive to my budget and gave me several options. No upselling. Just straight talk. I appreciate that. He had me back up and running in less than two hours. My wife and I can always depend on these guys to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. We won't call anyone else.
