Trey was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He explained very clearly what the problem was, and the repairs needed. He did not try to upsell us on anything!
I don’t give out 5-star reviews often, but this team earned it. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and precision. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and actually took the time to explain the issue and options—no pressure, no upsell. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you want an HVAC company that respects your time and delivers results, this is the one.
We lost heat on a very cold Monday. Called Absolute & they sent Brad out to house on Tuesday. He arrived at time expected & got our boiler going in short order. Had to order some parts but able to return Thursday to finish the work. He explained everything thoroughly & also showed us pictures. He was professional & personnel . We signed up for warranty & they will be back next October for yearly check up. Would highly recommend Absolute Heating &Air.
Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the situation and recommend a range of options to get our furnace up and running. He arrived on time. We called yesterday and we're able to get and appointment today! Michael was careful and respected our house.
