I scheduled a maintenance check before a move and they called the day of to tell me that they could not do my maintenance that day because they didn't have enough techs because they were busy with "no cool" issues. While I appreciate that they were prioritizing people who needed assistance, they tried to push the appointment out by 2 weeks, which is unacceptable. I was unable to get an AC check done before a home inspector came.

Trey was in and out like I prefer! He was thorough on all the checks and measuring of my system. He took pictures of everything done and reviewed it with me after. Which is greatly appreciated. New filter and inspection was covered by my membership. I really enjoy that! Thanks Absolute Air!! See you in the fall!
