ABS Kids has truly helped my child grow, and I’m grateful for the progress he’s made through their program. The therapists themselves have been wonderful, and the work they’ve done with him has been noticeable. That said, the constant schedule changes and endless staffing shifts over the last month or two have become incredibly frustrating. We’ve been with ABS Kids for over a year now, and overall, the program itself is wonderful. The ABA therapy has made such a positive difference, and many of the therapists have been caring, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping my child grow. That said, the inconsistency lately has been frustrating. There are so many staffing changes and schedule switches that it’s hard for kids to build comfort and trust. I would like to talk to the Director of this facility. There’s a lot of turnaround and staff. I do think it’s a good program.
