One of the nicest feelings is when you meet an honest, kind, caring mechanic who doesn't treat you like a machine but a human being. This is a friendly family business and such nice people, they make you feel like part of the family and make you feel so relaxed and at home. It feels great to say, this is my mechanic, Salim, thank you very much for your kindness and honesty, you're truly a good human being. Thanks to you and your wonderful team. ☺
I brought my older vehicle in to find out what the "groaning" and "creaking" sounds were. Salim and his team had the vehicle for 4 hours, during which they thoroughly inspected it. Finding everything in good working order, they told me no repairs were needed and handed me back the keys with NO CHARGE. What an amazing experience - rare to find in Toronto. I will certainly return when my car needs further servicing. Leaving a great review was the least I could do.
This is a second generation business with decades of experience. I appreciate Salim for being upfront, looking you in the eye, and being professional. I will continue to use them even though I am on the opposite end of the city. I wish I had found Salim sooner.
