I have no hesitation in recommending Scott, with ABS Appraisal Services. Scott is professional, thorough, trustworthy and friendly.
Scott did a very complicated appraisal for us. He took his time and was very methodical. Because I wanted the appraisal to be unbiased, I did not share my opinion as a real estate broker with over 30 years experience in advance of him sharing his appraisal. However, he came within a few percent of the value which I thought was exceptional. I highly recommend him.
