1) They can't schedule properly. 2) they cant tell you where the office is.3) woman at front desk did NOT acknowledge my presence then said my insurance wasn't activated though it was! 4) Appointment at 1:45 didn't see the doctor until 2:30. She was very short, did not listen. I have to have a major surgery in a month and now want a new PCP. The medical assistant was nice but the time spent with Dr. S was unacceptable as this was a new patient appointment. Plenty of options for doctors I am sure my surgeon won't be happy as ... read more
The office staff was nice and friendly. I was seen to establish a new PCP since my PCP had retired. I brought in a suggested lab list that I wanted to quickly talk with her. Instead of giving me options and listening to why I was interested in these, she was defensive and slow to listen to me. She gave me quick responses and then was eager to leave the appointment, commenting, "It was her lunch". To the MD who saw me and management: we all have bad days. I get it. Np Dawn and Henry are awesome
I have never had a Dr fight for me as much as Dr Sreenivasan. She never once dismissed the pain I was having. Worked tirelessly to help me find the answers. She remained kind and persistent in tests to determine what was wrong. Finally after quite some time. The culprit is my neck. I am finally on the right track to the healing my body needs.
