Dr. Siri is super unfriendly and impersonal. We walked out as she was not polite or welcoming whatsoever. Doctors fail to understand that we also have years of experience in our own right and do not appreciate condescending and demeaning behavior from young doctors with no respect for others. Not using this facility as a PCP we'll keep shopping, thanks anyway.
Dr. Harter is awesome. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and most importantly she listens and she is kind. It is really easy to schedule appointments. Staff are courteous and efficient.
This clinic does not care about its patients. Took an afternoon off work to see my provider and complete requested labs. The clinic flatly refused "due to policy" and said go to LabCorp or SQ. Spoke to them for 1 hour and was told there is no policy preventing me from getting my ordered labs and was mistaken. Patient care is not the priority of this clinic and they are indifferent towards patient health. Based on other reviews, this is consistent with this clinic, not an exception.
