I want to leave a five star review for Dr. Ryan Pinell I had seen him yesterday because my pcp heatherann bal (love her also Abrazo) in regards to my gallbladder that was only functioning at 15%. He removed my gallbladder today. I have to say he is a fantastic surgeon and doctor. BE PATIENT. When making an appointment at this location understand that it may awhile for them to get to you in the waiting room for your appointment however.. This hospital is beyond amazing. The staff is great. I was unsure about my surgery and they answered all my questions.. and got me started on what I needed right away. I highly recommend this building to anyone. William Arnold is the best! Great bedside manner, highly knowledgeable and understanding. The staff are fantastic! They know me by name and are always happy to help. The one caveat and the reason I'm taking away a star is because of the Nurse Practitioner, Vinay Kapadia. Dr Arnold has been my surgeon for weight loss surgery and he is the best! Now I see Dr. Vinhay for maintenance and wow he is wonderful! So patient and kind. I would highly recommend everyone to go to both!
