BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!. BEWARE OF DR SUSHANTI KALE ! They enable him, putting patiehts lives at risk. He almost killed me and caused me to have a stroke during a simple , elementary procedure for a neurosurgeon. I went in for an angiogram for a very minor anyorism; just to check the size for future monitoring. And I left with a stroke and brain damage. As a emergency medicine RN I have had plenty of experience with different specialists and their respective offices, and I have to say that this office is incredible! The front office receptionist (Im terrible with names otherwise I would give her a shout out!) is always so kind and welcoming. And Dr. Britton is one of the coolest guys I have ever worked with or went to. HE SPENDS TIME WITH YOU! As someone who works in healthcare and values quality service, I was absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at Abrazo Brain and Spine at Arrowhead. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I was only 3 minutes away when I received a call at 1:42 PM. They informed me that I would need to reschedule because I hadn't arrived in time to fill out paperwork. I was honestly floored—especially considering I was already on my way. DR Simpson is an amazing caring ANGEL!! She did my 3rd cranial surgery and put Me back together! She was the most professional and caring doctor I have meet through 3 surgeries! I called her worried about liquid dripping out of my stitches... she missed her flight and left sky Harbour to come see me! That's the kind of Doctor you want!! I can't say enough about her! No headaches!! or any discomfort since the surgery! She is Amazing!! Barely even a scar!
