My mom first took me to Annette when I was 11 years old and now I am 23 and I refuse to let anyone else but Annette cut my hair. I live in a different state now but I travel home specifically to get my hair cut with Annette. She cuts the whole family, made house calls to us during COVID, and always checks in on us. I came here for a blowout. I have long hair but when I came in to get it washed and blowed out, my hairstylist as well as the other ones there started to make faces. I felt super uncomfortable and a part of me also felt bad because I didn’t think the length of my hair would be a problem. This is what you are hired to do!!! And it seriously baffles me why you have a job here. I still paid and tipped her but I am NEVER coming here again. Horrible experience and just very judgemental type of vibe. No thanks.
